Introduction: Ann Zanon is a board-certified professional organizer in Houston, Texas. She has been in business for over 10 years. In all those years, she's done a lot of organizing projects--closets, pantries, attics, closets, pack/unpack/organize, chronic disorganization/hoarding, closet audit, estate clear-outs, interior redesign, kitchen, photo organizing, home-office, whole-home reset....Everything from A 2 Z! Depending on the job and the desire of the client, she will work one-to-one with you or with a team approach. **My pricing reflects my education and experience. Ann is the best! I live in a very small apartment on a budget, and she really helped me maximize my space - one of the best investments Ive ever made!She is also extremely supportive and one of the least judgmental people Ive met. I have always had a lot of home shame, and Ann made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process - I never thought I would feel comfortable with a stranger seeing my mess!Her mind is so innovative and she helped me use what I had instead of buying expensive new organizers. For the few things I needed to buy, she did extensive research to help me find the most affordable solutions.Ann does more than help you organize, she teaches you HOW to organize - and most importantly, how to make it sustainable! Its been over a year since Ive hired Ann, and her sustainable approach has helped me maintain the organization and even apply it to other areas of my life.The old me would go through organizing binges where the tidiness would only last a few weeks before getting messy again- because it wasnt sustainable!.... The only downside is that now I miss seeing Ann, because she is such a lovely presence!!I would 100% recommend Ann to anyone looking for organizing help. If youre on the fence, DO IT! As a Realtor, I would heartily recommend Ann Zanon to bring order to any situation. She has just the right skills and personality to bring a solution and successfully implement it for each client. Ann has a special talent to work with the most difficult situations and do it with an incredible level of patience and care. And when it comes hoarding, there is only 1 person I would call for my clients, ANN ZANON.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My hourly rate is $100 with a three to four-hour minimum session. Team rates are based on the number of team members as well as the type of job being done. Some larger jobs, such as hoarding situations are also priced by the job and include PPE, gloves, boxes, labels, dumpsters, etc.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a 15-20 minutes free phone or facetime consultation. After that, if an on-site visit is requested or needed, we can schedule that at a price of $100. But when you select A2Z to work with you on your project, that $100 consultation fee goes toward the project price.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am one of just 400 Certified Professional Organizers® in the world! Additionally, I am an active, committed member of the National Association for Productivity and Organizing Professionals, The Institue for Challenging Disorganization and The Photo Managers.
