- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $100 with a three to four-hour minimum session. Team rates are based on the number of team members as well as the type of job being done. Some larger jobs, such as hoarding situations are also priced by the job and include PPE, gloves, boxes, labels, dumpsters, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 15-20 minutes free phone or facetime consultation. After that, if an on-site visit is requested or needed, we can schedule that at a price of $100. But when you select A2Z to work with you on your project, that $100 consultation fee goes toward the project price.

I am one of just 400 Certified Professional Organizers® in the world! Additionally, I am an active, committed member of the National Association for Productivity and Organizing Professionals, The Institue for Challenging Disorganization and The Photo Managers.
