- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free assessment of the project you're wanting done. I consider my pricing to be similar to others in this field, if not a bit more affordable. I feel like it reflects my years of experience and the diligent attention I pay to my work to deliver amazing outcomes! For returning customers or referring customers I offer a special discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first either have an in person meeting or via virtual to get an idea of the space they wish someone to work on. I have a conversation about all of the goals the customer has in mind. If they decide to hire me, I let them know if there's any items they should buy in order to make it happen and my availability, and then we come up with a plan. Once it's time to start, I show up and get to work! The customer gets final approval of course so I'll gladly change anything they would like me to. My fees are hourly and I try to work as efficiently as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training and experience has been self taught. I continue to learn with every project and pride myself in making sure my customers love their results and get exactly what they asked for if not more! I do believe that working in the nanny field has given me the ability to see the vast differences of spaces and what you can do with them!
