- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your initial consultation is FREE! Please note that teachers ALWAYS get a 40% discount on organizing services with me! Organizing is typically $50* per hour, but I’m also happy to work with your budget! Please contact me for more information about pricing. It may vary depending on your specific project and other details. Also, make sure you ask about any promotions I may have going on and my Teacher Discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Consultation - I come visit your home to assess the space, discuss your challenges and goals, and schedule the work. 2) Sort & Purge - Everything gets taken out of the space and then sorted into categories. The client decides what to keep, donate, and throw away. 3) Planning & Shopping for Product - Either I can shop for product or the client can do so. 4) Organize & Beautify - This is the fun part: organizing! I will get into your space and work hard to make it beautiful, functional, and efficient! 5) Enjoy Your Space - Now you get to enjoy your beautiful, organized space. I'll call you after a few weeks to check in on how everything's going and make sure the systems we created are working for you. If not, I can come back and help you build a system that will!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally insured by Liberty Mutual. Professional Organizer Certificate -- IAP Career College I'm currently working on my CPO certification with NAPO, the National Association of Productivity & Organizing.
