Introduction: My name is Abdallah and I am a personal trainer with 7 years of experience training one-on-one and in group settings. I am an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer with certifications as a Trainer of Trainers, a Crossfit Judge, in Sports Nutrition, and CPR/First Aid. I first started personal training while going to University for my Software Engineering degree because I enjoyed training myself and through this, I discovered my passion for helping others with setting and reaching their health and fitness goals. When I first started going to the gym and trying to work out my main struggle was having so many questions and no one to teach me. I wanted to know what exercises to do, if I was doing them right, were they the best for my age and my body, were they right for building muscle, and beyond that, I wasn’t sure of the best way to eat. So I know it can be overwhelming and easy to make excuses and mistakes, but my goal with every client is to teach you how living a healthy balanced life can be done without it being complicated. Life is already stressful, getting healthy shouldn’t be another added stressor. That’s why in my training I keep sessions fun and different and focus on balance. I want every client to leave with more knowledge, confidence, and trust in themselves and what their body can do.
