Whether it's putting together a training program for my clients, breaking down nutritional facts and diet plans, or sending out a simple email or text to someone who's in need of encouragement. I try to go above and beyond my clients expectations. The thing I really like most and truly enjoy about training clients is the relationships that are built along the way. In this business you run into so many personalities and that always interests in to getting to meet not only new client but new friends.

I have been a client of Jonathan's for over 3 months now now and all I can say is DO IT! If you are ready to turn your life around, Jonathan is the best trainer to help you make it happen. He is patient while pushing you to achieve your best! Working out with him is never dull, bc he's constantly switching up your routine, and exposing you to new things. BONUS: Jonathan keeps in regular contact between sessions with texts and emails to keep you motivated and on track!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm constantly researching new workouts, new meal plans, and new ways to motivate my clients. Daily I read medical and nutritional article that I pass along to my clients to keep them on their A game.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    At a very young age I fell in love with sports and fitness. No matter what the sport was, I was game to try it all! Basketball was my first love because I wanted to take flight like the great Michael Jordan lol. As I grow and got into my high school years, I began to really excel in football. Weight training played a huge part in my development on the football field. I was blessed to continue to play in college and also continue to further my education and knowledge of the sports and health field. I truly fell in love with training once my NFL career was over. Just the ability to not only take what I had learned throughout years of sports and weight training, but also really breakdown the body.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The advice I would give to customer is to really do your research on provider before hiring him or her. A lot of training may look the part but many do not do the real work of studying health and truly understanding what a clients needs.
