Thinking of getting a personal trainer?! Look no further Michael Guerra is the one! Seriously I've been working with Michael for about a month now and guess my point is results. I mean you work out to feel better and see results right? Micha is a great coach and motivator and he'll get you to your fitness goals quick. I am not athletic at all, so I am really impressed with how Michaels workouts have built up my stamina and strength. He primarily uses functional training (exercises that mimic everyday movement) but he can customize different types of training to whatever your goals are. I highly recommend him.
