- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new clients in the Burnout to Breakthrough program is designed to be supportive, personalized, and results-driven: Discovery Call: We'll have a free consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, and current lifestyle. This helps me tailor the program to your specific needs and ensure it's the right fit for you. Welcome Package: Once you join, you'll receive a welcome package with your mini stepper, personalized meal plan, and access to our exclusive online community. Onboarding Session: We'll have a 1-on-1 session to review your program, set realistic expectations, and answer any questions you may have. Daily Accountability & Motivation: You'll receive daily check-ins, motivational messages, and personalized feedback to keep you on track and inspired. Weekly Coaching Calls: We'll have weekly calls to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Community Support: Connect with fellow members in our private online forum, share your experiences, and get additional support and encouragement. Ongoing Support: Even after the 14-day challenge, I'll continue to be a resource for you, offering guidance and support as you continue your wellness journey. Throughout the entire process, my goal is to empower you to take charge of your health, build lasting habits, and achieve the transformation you desire.
