FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible even though iv got a set price chart. I accept cash, zelle or cashapp. Deposit or full payment must be submitted before initial appointment is booked. One session is usually $40 but I also have package deals that'll help you save money. Contact me for more details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Fitness Clients: Typically I would have the client go though a series of movements to determine if there have any tightness or muscular imbalances that would limit any range of motion during exercise. We would also make sure there aren't any pain or pre existing injuries. After that i would proceed with myofascial release (foam rolling), stretching and corrective exercise. New Muay Thai Clients We start with the basics (not necessarily in this order) proper form, how to turn the hips for kicks / punches, conditioning related to muay thai, pad work, bag work and footwork. Very cardio heavy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my martial arts journey at the age of 24, at that time I had ZERO martial arts experience. I've training under many gyms which includes: Kru Pongs Thai Boxing Gym, Michigan Kickboxing Academy, Paradigm Training Center, Wu's Training Studio and Armor MMA. I've fought in two exhibitions (smokers), one amateur tournament and put in countless hours of sparring with beginners, amateur and professional fighters. At the age of 31 I graduated and received my personal training certificate from N.P.T.I. (national personal training institute). Since then I have been a group and private trainer at temple construction and wu's training studio. Kettle bell certified, TRX certified and CPR/AED certified.
