Jerell is a wonderful trainer. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients and tailors his work outs to their individual needs. He is extremely knowledgeable of how to get the most out of work outs and offers more than the typical "lift weight & run" He is also knowledgeable on body therapy and knows when to push your workout and when to focus on recovery. Jerell is fun and personable. He cares about his clients and he gets to know them and has a knack for making people feel comfortable in his studio. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have a set price but will help anyone with their budget as long they respect my time and skill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I evaluate your movements as far as flexibility in your shoulders, neck, back, hips, legs and feet. Your probably wondering why those certain areas? But those area help me get a good understanding of what steps need to be in effect for an efficient workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a 4 year experience and certificate in Personal training. An Education in Massage Therapy. I base my training off of Rehabilitation and Muscle building the safest way.
