    Mariela Miller is a certified trainer. She has been my personal trainer for 2 1/2 months. I have arthritis in both knees, one of which is "bone on bone". Mariela has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to develop exercises that are specific to the person. Mariela developed the type of specific training that I needed. She has continued my training exercises to get stronger and stronger not only with my knees but also the upper body. Mariela is excellent at her profession. I have been given great improvements by her dedication to strength and health for her trainees. The results are that I no longer use my knee braces and walking stick, and I now have freedom of walking and freedom of pain.

    My name is Vilma and I am 62 years old. I have had a lot of knee problems for many years. I suffer with arthritis on both and tore my meniscus on my right knee. Mariela has been working with me for the past 6 months and has improved my strength and flexibility. I am also walking even better than before. Mariela is great! I highly recommended her.

      I offer personal training sessions for all ages, all fitness levels and all abilities. I specializes in weight loss programs for men and women, training for special populations, senior fitness and nutrition advice. I can offer you in home fitness, or we can meet at the park, office or a private training facility. I I offer one-on-one training, two-on-one training and group training. MY pricing is monthly and it depends on amount or sessions and location of the training.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      I like to conduct a first time consultation and assessment. Once we decide to work together than we begin our fitness program. Our Fitness program includes Fitness Assessment Test to determine your Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility levels and Muscular Endurance Circumference Measurements Body Fat Composition , BMI, & Target Heart Rate A Customize Strength Training Program A Customize Cardio Workout Program Nutritional Advice

      Mariela Miller holds an ACE Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise. The certification is valid through 3/31/2017. Mariela also holds a Bachelor in Biological and Physical Science from the University of Houston. Mariela Miller also holds a Personal Fitness Trainer Certification BSMI-CPFT from Baylor Sports Medicine Institute. Mariela is also a Physical Therapy Aide from the Professional Careers Institute.
