  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Captured Memories has three main packages: Silver (2 Hours); Gold (3 Hours); Platinum (4 Hours). For events longer than 4 hours we will discuss pricing options with the client. We also offer a 10% discount public servants (teachers, police officers, fire fighters and EMS workers).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to begin with a conversation to discuss my client's vision for the event. This includes discussing the event's theme to ensure props and video/photo overlay will align. In addition, we will talk through logistics for the event including time, location, number of guests, etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My undergraduate business studies and Finance degree has equipped me with the skills it takes to run a viable business. Equally important, I have 16 years of customer service experience, which has taught me the importance of listening to my customers/clients to deliver what they want. In addition, I have the necessary equipment to develop and deliver a quality product.
