Introduction: I believe a great photographer relies greatly on research as well as spontaneity. I study my photo subject before a shoot in order to determine the best angle to photograph from. Preparation ahead of a shoot alleviates heavy editing after. I love that I have the ability to interact with people and nature, and sometimes those two intermingle beautifully.

April did the photography for my son's 2nd birthday aand did a fabulous job. I loved being able to enjoy the day without worrying about pictures. The images were like a treasure to open. Loved them and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I've had some of the most amazing "Foto Shoots" with Naked I Foto over the past year. April is masterful at capturing my playful seductiveness! I can't tell you how many compliments I've received. The quality and her professionalism is unmatched! Every time I leave I'm always inspired and ready to do it again.

April was a blessing straight from above! We were in need of a photographer for my daughter's second birthday party, complete with petting zoo, and she accommodated us on same day's notice! She crossed town in horrible traffic to make it to us quickly. She not only took awesome photos, but with her great and attitude and demeanor, she blended in right along with the party-goers. She was extremely professional and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend her services, and hope to work with her in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes from the Houston Center for Photography as well as Rice University, Glasscock School of Continuing Studies as well as tune in to Webinars provided by PhotoShelter.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working on the yearbook committee in high school sparked my interest in documenting people, places and things. I've carried that interest along to my adult life, carrying my camera along for the ride.
