Introduction: I am a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and nutritional specialist. I create personalized fitness programs for each client that include Pilates reformer training, boot camp Pilates, cardio, weight lifting, plyometrics, boxing, bar classes, and much more.
I also help guide and counsel my clients in nutrition with plans that include weight loss, detox and cleanse, nutrition for beauty and anti-aging, and nutrition for your overall health (sleep better and have more energy).
The training takes place in a private, supportive studio where you can really reach your fitness and health goals. I personally strive to make sure each client receives the most specialized program and attention to lead a healthier, happier life; make it a lifestyle change.
