- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive pricing. You're home or place of business means a lot to you and we want our customers to enjoy our services without the hassle of having to empty out your pockets
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information about the services they may need before arriving. Pictures and an address work great. Pictures help us in the way that we're able to see what to expect when we arrive and an address allows us to search the property using Google to help us get measurements which allows for a more accurate estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My goal is to help our customers remove the problems that they're seeing at their home or place of business. We don't come in and pressure wash away all the dirt mold or grime using only water, we also use a mixture of chemicals to kill it which allows for longer lasting results.
