- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is no upfront cost typically. I offer a commission split in order to keep cash flow coming in and also allow both our interests to align by getting their property more occupancy, revenue, and risk management for their asset.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First by evaluating what’s missing and what’s working then by determining what curated services I can provide in order to fill those gaps and help my client achieve a desirable result they can be happy about.
