- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My initial process is just to call me. For buyers: We talk, meet and start coming up with a plan for your home. Get pre-qualified for a loan. Search homes on HAR and through communication of likes and dislikes, narrow your search until we find a handful of homes to view. Repeat the process. For Sellers: I'll do an initial Comparative Market Analysis of homes that have sold in the area. We will meet and tour your home. Note unique features that add value and determine a list price based on current market conditions. That's just the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background in schooling is a BBA in Accounting & Finance from The University of Houston central campus I have extensive trading and negotiating skills from 12 years of Natural Gas Trading. Real Estate Licensing and continuing education
- How did you get started doing this type of work?After divorce entered the workforce again after raising my daughter as a stay home parent.
