- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set by market value. First, buyers never pay for my services. Commissions are paid by the seller. We value the work we do and never charge a seller upfront for the professional services such photography, video, drone custom online property advertising to name a few. These are all benefits of owning our in-house marketing firm. Our commission comes out at closing to ensure we work hard for the seller to get top dollar for their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening. It’s very important to me that I show good listening skills from the beginning of a relationship with a client. From there, I form a plan moving forward that meets the clients’ best outcome for their goals. I then facilitate the transaction to make it stress free and seamless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed FAA Commercial Airline Pilot. I have BS and a Masters in Business Administration. I now work full-time in Houston Real Estate as well as host a weekly Real Estate Radio show on KPRC 950 AM from 9AM-11AM and live on the iHeartRadio Network.
