It was great experience working out with Adam. And i did see results! Adam took a very systematic and scientific approach to design each client's fitness plan. He regularly measures and records my progress, and make changes to my fitness plan accordingly. He gave me suggestions on my diet routine, and provides many alternatives to my diet to help me eat health. During the several months that i worked with him, I had lost 9 pounds (i was small to begin with), dropped my body fat ratio to below 20% and feel a lot better about myself. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Rates starting at: 30 mins - $50/session 45 mins - $75/session 1 hour - $100/session If you book a package of 5+ sessions then the prices will vary. And depending on location. On-site at client's home or business will differ from going to my gym.
