Gabe is a great motivator and a responsible personal trainer. He arrives on time and with a smile on his face. Always very pleasant. He's always coming up with new workout techniques to keep the workouts fun and affective. Most importantly he worked with me to help with my bad shoulder. Gabe has helped me in achieving my goals and building my confidence back up. I would definitely recommend Gabe to anyone committed to achieving their goals to a healthier body and mind.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Currently I'm studying my corrective exercise specialization through NASM program. After I finish there I'll be moving on to receive my performance enhancement, and weight loss specialization.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was 270lbs. and was extremely uncomfortable with the way I felt. I had terrible asthma and at times I would stop breathing in my sleep. I decided to make a change and accomplished my goals. Now I wanted to show people that anything is possible.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The hardest part is just showing up and not stopping. Once it's over with you will feel relived, less stressed out, and feeling more focused then before. It's like pushing a car it's hard if you push it a few feet stop and then try again. But it becomes easier if you just keep the car moving.
