- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. Just pay your deductible. Upgrading to a SBS class 4 shingle will reduce your insurance premium up to 27% and only costs $40 per 100 Sq ft. Radiant barriers cost $15 per 100 Sq ft. 1 sq = 100 sq ft.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend most all TDI (Texas department of insurance) meetings. I meet with shingle manufacturers to learn what's new in the industry and which shingles and underlayments are the best quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lost my job working at Verizon Wireless as a store manager. I got into roofing sales and noticed I worked for a company with no integrity. My trainer would intentionally damage the roof to get an approval. I did not like agree with that so I learned the business and opened my own company.
