My prices are based on the fair market price for my kind of services. I feel that's the fair way for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pay close attention to the customer needs and request. I want to make sure everything is covered, so we go over a few times to make sure nothing has been missed. Finally I open up with suggestions that may help the customer needs in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've attended 32 weeks of basic/advanced wine classes and finally decided to take my wine knowledge to the next level and get certified to show my commitment to the wine industry personally and professionally.....Now I am a BAI Certified Wine Expert (CWX)
