- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a nonrefundable research fee of $150. With the amount of time and work we put in to finding the best available prices, our comission isn't always great. Not to mention, we don't make any commission on domestic flights but are still willing to find you the best deals. If you book with me on a regular basis, then you can receive discounts towards your research fee and you may receive other incentives for being a loyal customer as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working in the airport over the last 8yrs, there have been many people that I assist on a day to day basis. Being limited to the help I can provide, I came up with a concept to help people on the spot when they walk though the airport or do public speaking which can assist before they enter the airport. Later on down the line, I added booking services in order to be a one stop shop with providing travel services to everyone while helping people with airport related concerns.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When was your last flight? Do you have a valid I.D/passport? What's your budget range per person or as a whole? What's your time preference range for departure to and from destination? Do you have a list of hotel choices and room type(Ocean view, balcony, sunset, swim up,etc)? Do you want to do activities during your trip? If so, what type or would you prefer suggestion from my agent? What's the number of people traveling and the ages if possible? Do you need a rental car? Do you need transportation to and from the airport?
