- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing protocol for most services we provide. Always fair and never try to take anyone to the bank, its what wins our customers trust and loyalty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make a good impression. On time and polite. By the time we are done, the customer should be glad to choose us for his or her service needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a former Directv installer and I also worked as a car audio and video installer. Then I worked for a number of home theater/Av companies. I also have networking and Home automation knowledge. I’m sort of a do it all specializing in audio video.
