I made an appointment with Troy for the removal of an old sofa and cabinet. He quickly responded to emails and said he would be here at the appointment time. TROY NVER SHOWED UP. I tried calling and left a message with no returned call. Very disappointing.

I did show up for our appointment, Melissa was not home. I did try to call her she did not answer. This review is not true!
