- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you would like to hire me on a regular basis, I quote $25 an hour typically. Webhosting is included in Web Design Packages along with a domain starting at $299. *hosting for one year is included at this price $14.99 a month after the first year. I can do everything from run a cable to design a high server for complex business systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can communicate with me through email, text or phone calls. Depending on the service you seek, we will do a brief informational discussion and I will travel to you for your service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis on Networking and Telecommunications. This degree covers aspects of business marketing, promotion, web design, graphic design and mobile. Please feel free to ask about our many services including print design and printing in general. Flyers, posters, promo materials such as pens, drink holders, coffee cups etc. Don't be afraid to ask, I can probably help you.
