Introduction: The clergy of the Dormition of Mary Monastery are open to providing you with an array of options available for your important day. Services can be celebrated at a location of your choice. We believe that marriage is a sacrament of the church and as such is the joining together of one man and one woman in this special union which is a serious consideration and we make every effort to assist the couple in making this decision wisely through pre-nuptual counseling. Even though we are an Orthodox community,we understand that many people have not experienced a church or religious life in many years and when the time comes to bury a loved one they experienced many challenges in trying to provide a religious service. We believe in this spiritual act of mercy to, "Bury the dead," and can provide services to those families who have no regular church to call their own. Spiritual counseling is also available to those who are seeking a connection with a higher power. Meeting new people and helping them deepen or reconnect their relationship with God.
