When I met Isreal back in October 2013 I was only focus on boot camp but I then realized that he was the one to be my trainer. What made him stand out was he was very passionate of his clients and helping them reach their goal. I hit a plato and needed that extra push to lose that unwanted fat in areas that I was not confident of myself. I have to say hands down Isreal has been an amazing trainer Ive ever had! Not one minute has he ever given up on me when I felt like I couldnt reach my goal. I would definitely recommend Isreal to anyone.

I could not recommend a better personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable with over 20 yearsâ experience. He is able to complete an assessment of your body type and tailor a workout specific to your abilities and goals. While pregnant with my second child, I gained over 50 pounds. After having my daughter, I looked at the scale and was devastated. I had no idea on how I would begin to lose the weight. I also had pain in my back from the epidural as well as all the aches and pain that is associated with giving birth. After getting clearance from my doctor, Steve put together a plan to get me back into shape. First, he took the time to not only take my weight on the scale, but also measured my body fat. Steven then discussed my level of activity as well as eating habits. After taking all factors into consideration, he outlined a nutrition plan that I could easily understand and follow. Steven designed a workout, warm up included, that was targeted to assist with weight loss, lower body fat, as well as help alleviate the back pain caused from my epidural. Within a few weeks, there was a noticeable improvement. My back pain had completely diminished as well as the pain in my pelvic area. My core became stronger and started to return to its previous shape. Throughout the entire process, Steven continued be motivating and supportive. Together we evaluated my progress and goals and he continued to make adjustments to my workout program. In a little over a year, I have reached my goal weight and my body fat is down to 21% from 35%. I have had other personal trainers in the past, but Steven is by far the best. I can proudly say that after two children, I am now in the best shape of my life. He has given me so much knowledge not only regarding best exercise practices for my goals and body type, but in the area of nutrition as well. In early February of 2015, I made the decision to hire a personal trainer to help lose weight and get into better physical condition. I had in mind a preference to work with an "independent" trainer; not one associated with one of the "chain" fitness centers. A quick Internet search led me to Josh Norris. I was very impressed with Josh during both our initial consultation and the complimentary first session he offered. Since then, I have signed up for one year's worth of training (my idea, not Josh's). In the four months I've been training with Josh, I've lost about 25 pounds, added a noticeable amount of muscle, and significantly improved my cardiovascular endurance. I've come to consider Josh a good friend in addition to a remarkable trainer. He is very knowledgeable about human physiology and the roles played by both diet and exercise in getting into shape. His attitude is unfailingly positive. He is a tremendous motivator. He understands that each person is different and requires an approach tailored specifically to him or her. He is flexible in terms of scheduling, while being very appreciative when his clients are flexible with him as well. He varies his training routines so his client's body doesn't get used to a particular sequence of exercises and "stagnate". This is also effective at making the workouts more interesting. He is very mindful of the possibility of injury or overtraining and watches carefully and asks questions to ensure that he is pushing hard, but not too hard. Let me say in closing that Josh is an extremely professional and RELIABLE trainer and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to family or friends. I find him to be a young man of sterling character.
Ricky is a very personable, professional and reliable personal trainer who is helping me achieve my goals of long term weight loss and strength training. He tailors fitness regimes to the individual and varies the routine on a weekly basis so it never becomes tedious. I highly recommend Ricky if you are serious about getting fit and want a trainer who will go that extra mile to help you reach your goals.

JJ kicked my butt! Two-three times a week, I was getting a pretty intense muscular and full body workout. I wasn't losing major pounds right away but my shape was changing and I was getting stronger, most notably my core. By the second week into session, I started losing Weight when combined with special diet. JJ challenged me to go beyond, although I was again skeptical, I saw my RESULTS by the end of session. If you want a trainer whose experienced, this is him.

A friend recommended for several months that I join Pro Physique Fitness. I finally went in. Carlos Fowler is very professional and knowledgeable about how different foods affect specific body types, and which exercises maximize what each person's unique needs are. I started to see results within a very short time. He has a no-nonsense and fun approach to his workout regimen, and no two people do the exact same routine from beginning to end. Shaped Bodies Fitness is awesome! So much fun! I have never been able to stick to a workout plan as long as I have stuck to boot camp. The price is also affordable and you get access to all the available boot camps. Nobody can beat it. It really is an awesome deal. My goal was not to lose weight, but to tone up and I - along with other people - have noticed a big difference in my muscle tone. I love knowing that I am getting stronger, being healthy, and loving every minute of it :). It something i really look forward to every Mon, Wed, & Fri and can't stop raving about to my coworkers and friends.

This was my first experience with reformer Pilates. Wayne has made it a great experience. He is enthusiastic, really clear in his directions and encourages you in a very gentle way. He also takes a holistic approach and helps you think about your diet and eating patterns.
