"When I met Isreal back in October 2013 I was only focus on boot camp but I then realized that he was the one to be my trainer. What made him stand out was he was very passionate of his clients and helping them reach their goal. I hit a plato and needed that extra push to lose that unwanted fat in areas that I was not confident of myself. I have to say hands down Isreal has been an amazing trainer I’ve ever had! Not one minute has he ever given up on me when I felt like I couldn’t reach my goal. I would definitely recommend Isreal to anyone."

"Darren has helped me to achieve multiple fitness goals over the past eight months. I have increased muscle mass in some areas and lost weight and inches in others. "I have been training with Alex for 2 months so far. Exercises he has chosen and his overall supervision and recommendations for my fitness and nutrition have helped me greatly. My weight loss and muscle gain have accelerated. Here are the numbers: in these 2 months I lost 21 lbs and my body fat (measured by Sequoia Warrior) went down from 18% to 9%. Alex has also took great care of my runner's knee problem. He designed a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching, did these things himself and taught me. They helped and I have recently managed to run 7 miles without having knee pain or stiffness afterwards. I also want to say that Alex is always going to spend little extra time to achieve my goals and is eager to accomodate changes in my schedule. I am looking forward to training with him."

"Mac was my instructor for a semester-long boot camp class through our university. I was initially hesitant about the class because I had never participated in one before, and I have some joint issues that I knew I would have to work around. Mac went above and beyond what I could have imagined from an instructor. He made everyone in the class feel welcomed, no matter what their fitness or experience level was. And he was more than happy to work with me, and other students, to help us adjust our work out to get the same results without aggravating injuries. I never thought that I would say I enjoyed a boot camp class as much as I did!"

"First the backstory. I'm 62, never worked out except on the golf course; left knee now failing; 280+ pounds, and now at the point of having trouble getting in/out of the car, up and down off the commode. You get the picture. It was now or never. My first lesson: simple balance and step-ups (one foot), and a little squat. I told Greg, "that's not happening." He said, "trust me, a little bit at a time". Low and behold, I was able to do it. It was a miracle. Little by little, week by week, I improved. (Yup, that's me in the picture lifting 140 pounds, 10x for 3 sets.) Moved to weights. Increased the weight. My knee? It felt better when I left the gym than when I went in! In 6 short weeks I was moving much better, in 12 weeks I felt younger - really, no kidding. I could not have done this without Greg's expertise and support. Seriously. He explained everything in great detail. The techniques. Breathing. How to concentrate. Greg is not some monster-type lifter (okay, he does a pretty damn impressive squat), his style and approach are systematic yet tailored to your own rhythms and capabilities. I checked all the boxes because he truly does all of these things. Greg asked me to write a review, and it's the least I could do given that he as restored my mobility, and convinced me that even at 62 I can become stronger, and, yes, build that six pack. At 62. I have a more to do of course (can't fix in 3 months what took 30 years to do). Look, do it. It takes 60-90 minutes, and do it 3x per week. 4 1/2 hours. And you get your mobility and balance back and restore your strength. In my mind - and I think for people like me - Greg is the best. For those of you who are in your "prime", definitely do it. Oh, one last thing...If you are a lifter, you won't find a better, technically qualified, coach than Greg, I've watched him. And, IMO, you won't find a nicer person either."
