I decided last fall that I would start to do something for myself and attend Katy total body fitness camp. I couldn't have made a better decision. Terry has been there to motivate me along the way. He is an excellent trainer and full of knowledge. He provides excellent communication in regards to making sure that I am doing what I should be. If I start to come less there will be a text message. The boot camp is exciting and different every day. It is definetely not boring which is one of the reasons I continue to attend. This is a very challenging and motivating boot camp run by Terry Randle!!

Isreal has been such a blessing in my life. After having my first child in March 2014, I found myself needing to lose 25 to 30 lbs. I had never had to lose so much weight in my life and noticed that quick fixes and diets just wasn't doing it. In June of 2014, I called Isreal after finding him online. I felt so lucky to have found him!!! He is incredibly professional and respecful. He pushes you while caring that you're trying. I felt he wanted the best for me and I never felt intimidated, yet accountable for my exercises. By Aug 2014, I was down from 146 to 128!! Although I am now busy being a mom and a teacher and unable to attend his sessions, I try to do the routines he taught me. He keeps in touch with me and that means a lot. I know I want to still work with him. I look forward to seeing him in June so I can maintain my confidence and body (now at 123 lbs.) with Israel.

When I met Isreal back in October 2013 I was only focus on boot camp but I then realized that he was the one to be my trainer. What made him stand out was he was very passionate of his clients and helping them reach their goal. I hit a plato and needed that extra push to lose that unwanted fat in areas that I was not confident of myself. I have to say hands down Isreal has been an amazing trainer I’ve ever had! Not one minute has he ever given up on me when I felt like I couldn’t reach my goal. I would definitely recommend Isreal to anyone.

I could not recommend a better personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable with over 20 years’ experience. He is able to complete an assessment of your body type and tailor a workout specific to your abilities and goals. While pregnant with my second child, I gained over 50 pounds. After having my daughter, I looked at the scale and was devastated. I had no idea on how I would begin to lose the weight. I also had pain in my back from the epidural as well as all the aches and pain that is associated with giving birth. After getting clearance from my doctor, Steve put together a plan to get me back into shape. First, he took the time to not only take my weight on the scale, but also measured my body fat. Steven then discussed my level of activity as well as eating habits. After taking all factors into consideration, he outlined a nutrition plan that I could easily understand and follow. Steven designed a workout, warm up included, that was targeted to assist with weight loss, lower body fat, as well as help alleviate the back pain caused from my epidural. Within a few weeks, there was a noticeable improvement. My back pain had completely diminished as well as the pain in my pelvic area. My core became stronger and started to return to its previous shape. Throughout the entire process, Steven continued be motivating and supportive. Together we evaluated my progress and goals and he continued to make adjustments to my workout program. In a little over a year, I have reached my goal weight and my body fat is down to 21% from 35%. I have had other personal trainers in the past, but Steven is by far the best. I can proudly say that after two children, I am now in the best shape of my life. He has given me so much knowledge not only regarding best exercise practices for my goals and body type, but in the area of nutrition as well. Steve was always ready to start training the moment I arrived. He considered my limitations and created the best workout for me. He is knowledgeable and taught me as we went. He helped me set clear goals to include diet and held me accountable but without that "boot camp" personality. I began a workout regime with Ricky Jackson in May of 2009. At that time I didn’t have a real weight issue, however I didn’t have any muscle tone and I could definitely benefit from exercising, if for no other reason than to be healthy. I worked out with Ricky from May of 2009 until approximately August of 2010. When I began the workout program I weighed 142 pounds and I currently weigh 132 pounds. So I lost 10 pounds which I have managed to keep off by continuing to work out on my own at least three times a week, and I have developed muscle tone all over my body. What I have really appreciated from Ricky’s training is that he always made sure you not just worked out for the sake of working out, but he also made sure that you understood each machine you used, what muscle(s) it worked and how it benefited your body. Therefore when I travel (which I do quite often with my job) I can walk into a Fitness Center and know just what to do. I am grateful to him for imparting his knowledge which has helped me to be more conscious of not only the importance of exercising but also the importance of your food intake…your daily diet/food choices. When it comes to his training program, Ricky takes a very professional, serious, approach and provides a pleasant workout environment. I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. What can I say?! If you’re looking for the complete workout, Phil is by far the person to go to. With a highly intense mixture of cardio workout, and weigh training, the only way to find such a regiment would be to play for the Houston Texans. In no more than 2 weeks, you will see a huge difference in how you move through your daily life, due to being healthier. I have been with Phil Biggs a year now.... I started Jan. 2012. When I first started, I was really out of shape and at my heaviest weight (170lbs). My lowest weight since working with Phil was 148lbs and that was probably obtained around May/June 2012. ( I can't remember..lol). I started as a size 14 and now I'm a size 8/10. Luis is amazing! He doesn't allow you to have any excuses to fail. His prices are great, he checks on your progress consistently, if you can't go to workout camp times he offers online training. I joined because he helped my father lose 90 lbs. YES 90! In one month I have lost 21 lbs and my boyfriend has lost 22. I was stuck, had little motivation, I kept thinking of the holidays as the season for eating unhealthy but Luis coaches you through all of it. He provided me with the extra motivation I needed. My first day in training my fitness level was at an all time low and I'm seeing myself slowly progress because of my consistency. The first day of training I couldn't hold myself up for a plank, now I can. Before i could barely do 2 pushups, now i can do reps of 30. (In a month, imagine a year!) Whatever your fitness goals is, LUIS CAN HELP YOU ACHIEVE THEM! I've had other trainers but Luis is by far the best. The price is also affordable and you get access to all the available boot camps. Nobody can beat it. It really is an awesome deal.
