- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we give an rough estimate by phone, email, or text. BHGS always give each client a range in price because so many companies quote a price and then increase the price once they start the service. Each client service will fall within the range we give based on the home condition and the client's need. The price is then finalized during the walk through of the client's home.

LoyaltyXpress provides a variety of services to families that makes everyday life a bit easier. Of these services our maid service, event planning and catering are the most popular. With our maid service we offer competitive rates and flexible schedules to fit our client needs. We offer a MOMS services (Meals On Me) with freshly cooked meals and delivered to families with the reheating instructions! And we offer full event planning services....from start to finish.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always read the fine print when hiring an service professional. Many companies don't explain the fine print of their services that they offer. Another thing is to always check references, don't be shy. Past and current customers are the real word of mouth for any services provider in regards to customer service, loyalty, and dedication.
