this week lawn service failed to enter the unlocked side entry into the fence while i was out on vacation. i paid 100% full price for the invoice, and requested refund for this week via email, phone message and on this platform. update: company it will arrive within 60 minutes, or by 11 AM.

I hired Four seasons and communicated directly with David. His website details explains his team provides “the highest-quality custom… residential landscaping and lawn maintenance” as well as a “goal to achieve total customer satisfaction. We’re committed to going the extra mile to over-deliver on every promise that we make.” Well i hired them and they scheduled me for residential lawn service later that week. We had a severe rain day the day before the appointment. The lawn tech cut the front then explains he couldn’t cut the backyard due to wet conditions, which is understandable, and suggested coming back the next day to finish the job. I reached out to Antonio to let him know that we were a bit unsatisfied with an unfinished job, but understood because of the condition. My feedback was that if his lawn tech thought he wouldn’t be able to do a complete job, I’d prefer them start and complete the job all at once on a separate day. Also asked to ensure his tech closes the backyard gate and pool gates moving forward, because I was informed he left them open. I called the next day to confirm when they could come out to complete the backyard cut and Antonio said they wouldn’t be coming out until a week from the original cut. He explained that it wasn’t a priority and not cost efficient for his company to send a tech to finish our incomplete job until their weekly rotation. He then explained that “we got into commercial jobs a few years ago and don’t prefer residential anymore”. Overall our experience with four seasons lawn and Antonio wasn’t great and lacked any urgency and desire for customer satisfaction.

First there is no David that works for our company. Also, achieving total customer satisfaction and committed to going the extra mile applies to customers that set reasonable expectations and that are willing to PAY for that level of service and commitment. I normally don't do this but there are some PEOPLE that expect to receive more than they are willing to pay for. Initially, Mason contacted us and I specifically asked how long ago had the lawn been serviced and he said oh it was just a couple weeks ago - NOT. Then we quoted him a price and he asked for a discount!! We show up and the front yard beds are overgrown, ended up collecting tow 40lb bags of leaves, then we try to get in the backyard the gate was locked (he never provided a code or informed us) so, we had to ring the doorbell and the tenant had an attitude about us being there, the backyard was full of standing water (which he later said "oh i forgot to mention that"), the beds in backyard were overgrown. Our guy ended up spending over 2hours on the property and later Mr. Mason called in to complain and say how unprofessional it was to not complete the job, REALLY! Again, when we are wrong and fail to do our part we accept any negative reviews that come our way but when a customer expects more than they are willing to pay and misled us to secure a lower price then we speak out. We personally spoke to Mason and his whole tone changed and he blamed the tenant for blowing things out of proportion and that he understood that we couldn't mow and that she was upset and texting him that the fence had fallen down and that she was frustrated with that compounded with us being there to mow. I told him I would let him know what day this week we could go back (I never committed to a day but that I would let him know when we would be in the area). Sunday night he texted asking to confirm if we would be going back today (Monday) and I replied that we would be back in the area on Thursday/Friday of this week. He later texted saying that it wasn't a priority and instead of texting back and forth I asked for him to call. He called and basically stated that we weren't making him a priority and we basically agreed that we would charge him 1/2 for doing the front so, 25.00 (for over 2hrs of work) and he would hire someone else. I wish we could post pictures so that you could see the conditions and you could judge for yourself.
