Introduction: Hi I’m Libby! I am originally from England and made the trip across the pond 14 years ago. (yes I do still have the accent) I am a single mom, building her American dream.... I adore my lil boy, juggling work with a dash of Pinterest and a sprinkling of TikTok. 😂 I’ve been doing makeup, and building self confidence in others for over 20 years, this truly is my passion and absolute favorite thing to do. My career in cosmetics has afforded me amazing opportunities to work with influencers like Jefree Star, James Charles, Nikita Dragun, Jaqueline Hill, as well as international makeup artists Lipsticknick, & Laura Mercier. I’ve had incredible mentors such as Tom Ford, Lenord Lauder and Wendy Zomnir. I have been featured in Top branded beauty campaigns, both print and billboard. I’m a great artist, with a huge heart, and great sense of humor, and one without ego! Every single face I touch gets my 100% attention to detail and an unforgettable kind and magical experience. Ok, let me start this by saying, this review is 5 months tooooo late. BUT, my experience with Libby was so great!! I made it a point to keep the email to remind me to leave said review LOL From the moment I booked with her she was kind, and quick to respond to ALL my questions. We had a snag with time, that she had to come earlier than I originally booked. She let me know right away, and we got it figured out. She ended up having to do my makeup 4 hours before my event (black tie wedding.) I'll admit this worried me a bit because I've not had the best experience with other MUA. but she ensured me the makeup would hold AND she gave me a cute little touch up kit with everything she used that day!! I have been to & in a bunch of wedding and had never had a MUA do this for me! She was awesome from the moment she arrived! So sweet & we just talked like old gfs the entire time :) she made it a point to ask to see my dress to match colors. As I stated above, I've not had the best experience with MUA, as a woman of color. Getting the ride foundation colors always seems to be an issue. NOT IN THIS CASE! she hit the ball out of the park!! I looked and FELT flawless. & this Mama really needed that feeling in those moments! Even my husband, who isn't a fan of full face makeup looks, LOVED IT! I was already ready to leave her a stellar review, then she went a text me a Happy Mothers Day! It really warmed my heart. She has a forever customer out of me! & I recommended her to everyone that complimented my makeup that night. (which was A LOT ;) )
