- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The process begins with a FREE in person or virtual consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your space, specific needs, items, and pricing. We charge $55 per hour or you can purchase one of our tailored packages for a certain amount of hours. The client will be responsible for reimbursing Peace & Order for the cost of any purchased items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our services begin with a free 30 minute in-home or virtual consultation to discuss project goals. Afterwards, Brianna will keep in touch with you before the big project. Brianna will then travel to your home and start on your space. Lastly, Brianna will walk you through your space and ask about any changes that need to be made. The project is complete! Our services include travel, communication & support throughout your project, product recommendations, shopping (optional), and labeling.
