I have worked with so many trainers in the past but working with Erin, have help release the areas of my leg that has been causing continuing knee pulling & pain from a skiing accident I had few years ago causing major injury to the cartilage, tendons & ligaments of my knee.
Erin really understand and listened to my complaints of the pain I felt compared to the other trainers that have trained me over the years and they never listened of the pain I felt instead pushing me to exercise beyond the range of motion & positions that were not proper for my knee injury.
Working with Erin, we have done self-myofascial release with foam rollers, leg exercises with bands, doing therapy style exercise for my leg to gain mobility & work core/stability and upper body training. She has helped me find appropriate cardio that does not cause knee pain & helped me modify exercises that will strengthen my lower body, while not creating more knee problems.
