What types of customers have you worked with?
New asphalt roof installations which includes removing existing shingles, along with felt to the decking. By doing this we are able to check for any bad decking and replace it. We then replace all felt along with new shingles. If inadequate ventilation exist, we upgrade your ventilation, which is very important in Texas. We replace all hardware on your roof with galvanized metal that will never rust. We also install seamless gutters.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Personally I would like to speak to the Contractor on the phone. From there I would check out there website. If satisfied with this I would schedule an appointment at which time the Contractor could provide credentials. Ex: Membership with the Better Business Bureau, NorthTexas Roofers and Contractors Association, Angies List, along with INSURANCE!!!
