Kelly is an amazing teacher! With two weeks until our wedding I thought for sure we wouldnt be able to pull off a dance because neither one of us have any experience. After only 2 lessons I have full confidence that our dance will be perfect when she is finished with us. I highly reccomend KC Dance and Yoga :)
Very client-centered, friendly, relaxed, expert instruction... and the studio temperature is comfortable and cool (I actually left another yoga center because of too warm temperatures and high humidity in the studios.) I LOVE Clique Gallery - Yoga studio and enjoy amazing yoga classes every week with my private instructor Yael - She is so amazing in her knowledge and approach - I love her classes so much....!!!!
Sandi is an excellent Yoga teacher for all levels. I have been practicing Yoga for over 8 years now and it is the first time I see a teacher so dedicated and knowledgeable, she has an unique understanding of the body. She helped me correct and restore postures I have been wrongly doing for these past years. I took several private therapeutic and regular studio classes with her and they are 100% recommendable whether you are new to yoga or and experience Yogi.
Kirsten is an amazing yoga teacher and i am so glad we met her. My son has learnt so much in such a short time and we plan to continue the yoga and meditation lessons for the long-term. I would highly recommend using her for both adults and children. She has gone above and beyond our expectations.
I have had the privilege of working with Atali these past few months. I came to her in the recovery portion of my cancer journey where I was feeling lost and confused in myself. Atali’s encouragement and positivity has brought me to a stronger more self confident place. Her knowledge and passion for yoga is contagious. Atali will push you to your next level while encouraging and supporting you. I leave every session feeling refreshed, proud, and stronger. I cannot praise her enough.
Liz is a wonderful teacher; she is passionate about yoga and form. She transformed my experience. I'd been doing yoga for a while, but by tweaking my foot placement in mountain pose, I have a whole new and more powerful workout happening. I highly recommend her.
I have attended a number of Amanda's group yoga classes, as well as arranged a couple private lessons for times when I was experiencing lower back pains. She was able to work with the pain I was experiencing and show me some very helpful stretches and postures that helped to relieve the pain as well as protect myself from repeated injuries. She is a caring and knowledgable instructor who I would recommend highly!
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!

I'm working on a website and such now. I'm a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. I'm new to the Dallas area. I'm certified through YogaWorks out of California. I can instruct beginners or advanced in vinyasa yoga or sports-specific stretch. I've been involved in the fitness and yoga world for over 15 years, and I love what I do.
I am a 500 RYT trainer, specializing in vinyasa flow, gentle, restorative, and yin. I also teach a yoga class for athletes.
I have taken yoga classes on and off for more than a decade. I have taken classes with Trey for about six months. There are so many things I love about Trey's classes: 1) Trey actually knows what he is doing. He is a GOOD yoga teacher. You would think that would be basic but I have had far more bad teachers than good. 2) Trey is very supportive and patient. We all have good days and challenging days. Whatever kind of yoga day I am having, Trey is encouraging and reminds me that tomorrow will be another day. 3) Trey is not one of those teachers whose goal seems to be to whip students through as many poses as possible in an hour. He takes the time in each posture to help us understand the end goal, adjust us, help us deepen our practice, and make the micro-adjustments that create progress. 4) Trey is also great at gearing the class to the level of his students, giving "advancements" to more experienced students when we have new students in the class. I actually had a yoga teacher try to teach full headstands in a Level 2 class. I appreciate Trey because it's great to stretch yourself (pun not intended) but it's stupid, and a great way to injure yourself, to do things you simply aren't ready for. 5) It is Trey's commitment to true yoga practice that has caused tremendous improvement in my yoga practice. I have seen improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility. This started happening after just six weeks. Trey has also been great in suggesting things for home practice. 6) A bonus, Trey is fun and funny. He doesn't take it too seriously. He makes an effort to get to know his students. He remembers where we started, so he points out milestones. "Hey, I remember when you couldn't X and look at you now!" So, YES! Go take a class with Trey Albright. namaste, gretchen
I offer vinyasa flow Baptiste yoga, private lessons, and workshops. I'm in Dallas every weekend; hence, I can travel to you!
I teach Tai Chi and yoga at retirement homes. I also do it at doctor's offices. I specialize in private classes for adults and children. I love what I do. I used to teach aerobics for years at Rockwell International in Dallas, Texas. I previously owned a Tae Kwon Do school, but I went on to study Tai Chi and yoga.
I am a yoga instructor with focus on hatha and kundalini yoga. I specialize in chakras and want to provide a stress relieving experience to get you feeling like a yogi mermaid!
