I am coming up on a year training with Dashawn and am extremely happy with the motivation, exercises and encouragement he offers. We train 2x a week, and I try to get in at least one more workout on my own. I have lost 21.8 pounds, decreased body fat by 3.4%, and lost 3.5 inches in my waist. When I started, my stamina had decreased to the point that I could hardly run a half mile without being winded; however I completed several 1/4 marathons on the elliptical and am consistently warming up with a 5k in the mid 20's. I can honestly say, at 58, I am in better shape than I was in my 40's.
Coach G has been great so far. He is encouraging and focuses on teaching the foundational basketball skills. He emphasizes the importance of hard work and determination to become a great player. He acknowledges when the child performs a skill well or if there is improvement.

He stays very conscious about my personal goals, ensures I'm always using proper form, he's very professional, and really understands how everything in your body is interconnected. I came to Dre with a dream of playing professional basketball. I was in good shape already but he took my body and athletic ability to another level. He understood my body and had workouts that were specific to what I needed. My core strength and explosion was the best I ever had it. We worked on stabilizing my muscles and building full body strength. All in all I had a great season in Italy and won a championship. Played a full season with no injuries thanks to Dre. Most importantly we are close friends, we share stories, laughs, problems, God, and encouragement. He is more then a great trainer, he takes the time to develop relationships. I wasn’t sure how the first session was going to go, but Coach Mac was very professional. He was able to see what Basketball knowledge my son knew and was able to push him in areas where he needed help.
I was looking for additional help with my son's basketball development and coach Bill has provided that and more. Very specific drills for all aspects of my son's game. It's hard work and tough work but the best part is my son loves it and it's very affordable. Best move we could of made!!
