Tile Installation and Replacement
Mr. Joram responded to my request to replace cracked porcelain tile in my kitchen within an hour. He also arrived a few hours later to give me a free estimate. I also asked him to look at some settling cracks in my drywall ceiling. We agreed to do the work for both jobs the next day. They used plastic to cover my furniture, and prepared the area for the drywall repair. My goodness he and his partner did a fantastic job on replacing the tile, and fixing the cracks in the drywall. Looks brand new. The work was done in 1 day. I'm very impressed.Feb 13, 2020VerifiedJE Remodeling LLC's reply

We had 2 guest bathrooms upstairs remodeled. We had old fiberglass tubs and fixtures from the 80s. Jose and his team demolished and installed brand new tubs and subway wall tiles and new floor tiles. The whole job took 6 days!! Wow!! Jose and his team showed up every day on time and was very responsive all throughout the project... I am very happy with the results! The work was high quality and his team is very skilled. Jose’s quote included labor only. Just be prepared to pay for all the supplies up front. I would hire again.Jan 14, 2018Verified
Hands down Ed or Jose, not 100% as he was called by multiple names, is a personal guy. Very nice and friendly, if business was just about pleasantries I would give him 4.5 stars. But unfortunately, it ends up being about quality of work and over all satisfaction and this 3/4 bathroom remodel was not what I expected or was promised. Pros- I bought all my material and got that steep discount Con - That ended up added months to the timeline as a “custom window” would be really easy to find per Ed. We spent half a day running around trying to find one. Yes, I went with. Pros- His workers were courteous and flexible. Con - I had to micromanage every little detail or else it was get done subpar. HUGE CON - they cut into my tub without asking first when placing the facet. They did it from the top and not the bottom and slipped, you can see in the photo of the large drill marks. They used too large of a drill bit and I had to have a real plumber come and fix it by Ed’s recommendation, who ended up stiffing me and never finishing it properly so it leaks. Con- see for yourself I took photos on how they left the tub, completely ruined a brand new $2k tub and was never covered up when they worked after repeatedly asking. It has chunks out of it and marks that won’t come off. Chalking that an amateur could do. They marked up my shower head with permanent marker, cracked a tile, didn’t put my shelves in where I wanted them or how many was asked for. The list truly goes on. I would not recommend them because they have no list, no strategy, no game plan for success and truly do not know how to masterfully do anything but meander through tasks to get it done and then Ed continues to state that “he can never make you happy. This is what all customers get.” Well maybe I just have higher standards but expected more.Oct 1, 2018Verified

Thank you. Ms. Brenda. And we so happy. Continue work with you.
Jaram’s hourly rate is set for $40/hr. I contacted him about a job that won’t take more than 2hrs and he quoted me $200. His reason, because it’s the weekend. Corrected me if I’m wrong $40 x 2 = 80 and not 200.Aug 31, 2019VerifiedJE Remodeling LLC's reply
