I contacted Spot On for my couch that had the horrible stench of urine because of my puppy. I was embarrassed to invite people over because I was afraid they would smell the urine. So, I contacted Spot on and told him what I needed and they were very quick to respond! They came the very next day! It took them about an hour to clean my couch and it came out not only smelling amazing, but looking it as well! Now i'm very happy to be able to have company come over!
