Advanced RE Inspection Consulting
About this pro
Reason for inspection
Quick scheduling and very experienced. We walked with him during inspection and he gave appropriate amount of time to every detail. He paid attention to everything and suggest us what we can do to extend the life of appliance and the house. Thank youJun 28, 2018Verified
Very detailed and is able to point out discrepancies with a new build home that can be easily missed. Recommended to me by my brother and completely worth it!Dec 15, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have very reasonable rates I know compared to inspectors in DFW area I offer a discount to my fellow vets a 10 % discount I charge extra for Pier & Beam foundation, Pools, Septic, Termite properties 75 years and older. miles 30 from location in Dallas I located on 183 its lets me travel to most of DFW cities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Here on Thumbtack is different then other ways. Thumbtack sends out and writes generic quotes for specific Home Inspection. Doesn't include if its a slab are Pier & Beam, Does it have a Pool, Septic Termite, Lead test. I have to share that after they look at initial quote. I ask those questions. I tell them my usual times but I will do my best to work with them on times. I tell them if all possible You can walk with me during inspection and ask questions. I will share plenty of Knowledge to customers. The second best process come to near the end. I will share all issues on what I inspected. I will tell them what out of code because of age of house. I share some issues that comes up on every house. I let them know what professionals they need to further investigate important issues. I share a ball park figure on each item to fix. I let them know serious issues to make sure they addressed. I let them know contractors that I recommend to address for them. Let them know their Realtor from different cities has a list of qualified contractors. I tell them if they cant make it When I send report They are welcome to go over report with me. They can pay by credit card if not able to make it. I tell them I am sending inspection agreement and need them to sign and send it back to me.
