I am so impressed with Christina with HMC Smart Countertops! She went out of her way to help us after we had negative experiences with two other granite installers who never came through and did not return phone calls. Christina restored my faith in old fashioned customer service! I saw she had 5 stars and went with her for my parents kitchen! Now I know why she has 5 Stars! Even though the kitchen is very small and not a big job, she treated us like we were a big client. She is very knowledgeable and informative and bent over backwards to get the job done fast! Will use her again and recommend to others!

Countertop Installation

HMC Smart Countertops just replaced our kitchen Countertops and we could not be happier with the results. A truly professional team, including the installers who did a whale of a job. This was not our first experience with granite fabricators, but we are thoroughly impressed. The price point was very good and the labor awesome. Frankie is a 1st class installer. We will hire again, obviously. The plumbing component was equally professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to provide the best quality at an affordable price....we offer promotional prices almost all year around
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for the project address to be able to get the dimensions, we provide the estimate depending on the color and material requested, upon the estimate approval we proceed to sign the project paperwork, collect the 50% down payment, schedule installation (between 6 business days), proceed to the installation and collect balance due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stone's specifications, kitchen interior designs, stone installation knowledge, calculate and convert dimensions, stone market price.
