Latest Review: We loved Garry! This was our first time doing an in home massage and my boyfriend's first massage ever. I was able to book the same day and was SO HAPPY about this because I was experiencing neck pain and a migraine. He really improved the range of motion in my neck. He really helped relieve pain and showed my boyfriend some stretches we can do to help. We both had a great massage and we definitely recommend Garry!

Latest Review: Sunday is an extraordinary clinician. He has a thorough understanding of the body, and how to effect positive change. He has significantly helped me with lower back pain. I always feel 100% better after his massage, and remain that way for extended periods of time. I have many years of massage experience, and have never had a therapist that was as helpful as Sunday.

Latest Review: I had a great experience, I came in with pain and left feeling like a brand new person! It had been a while since I had had a massage but after this one I’m definitely making it part of my monthly routine! I forgot how refreshed I feel after a therapeutic massage, mentally and physically! Thank you Lauren!

Latest Review: Work quality and responsiveness distinguish a mssage therapist. Punctuality and professionalism are just givens. They have to be there but you don't choose someone because of them. Value obviously depend on price and companies get their profit which doesn't benefit the customer. Daniel worked on me at Elements after two other massage therapists, who were good, did not quite give me the level of relief I was hoping for. Besides all the good things that good massage therapists do (smooth flow, right touch, listen to what I want) Daniel had more to give. His knowledge of techniques and ability to apply them put him among the top masseurs among many, many I've had. He could vary his touch and stroke according to what he felt with a greater degree of sensitivity than most. He was great with hot stones. Beyond that, he combined styles, added stretches that helped a lot (showing me how to do them at home) and sometimes would manipulate a part of my body into a position that alleviated pain. I think he would do some home study to find the best ways to help. Can you get more responsive or give better quality than that? But I kept up at elements because I was getting great massages from Daniel. I really wanted to focus on what makes Daniel great. I had to suspend massages when I started physical therapy. When I finished, Daniel was gone. Very sad. I tried someone else once or twice, then ended my contract. I wish massage was covered by insurance the way PT is.

Latest Review: Jamie is such a great massage therapist. She really listens to what I like. She knows how to find all my knots and loosens them right up! She is also super good with kids! My boys (ages 3, and 2) never sit still or focus for anything, but they loved her massage so much that they did so good the whole time and wanted more!
