Emilee Hamilton creates a space for every yogi, beginner or well-practiced, to explore their mind, body and spirit through asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breath).
Emilee began practicing yoga just after graduating college as a means to escape the hustle and bustle of her career in the corporate world. At first, yoga was a great way to sweat out stresses and to find focus and clarity.
Over time, she began to uncover the detoxifying and spiritual qualities of yoga. She realized that yoga gave her the ability to completely let go, to gain a deeper understanding of herself, and to find a connection to the community around her. The journey she encountered over the first few years of her practice left her enlightened, inspired and eager to dive deeper.
Emilee's classes teach students of all levels alignment and foundation techniques for their practice with clear instruction and adjustments so that they may safely move into depth and flexibility with time. Emilee encourages all students to fall in love with their practice and to embrace the journey, wherever it may lead!
