I bought coupon from livingSocial Escapes. The service was terrible. when I tried to use the coupon, Fatima said it was not for move in/out service. This limitation was not written on the coupon. I regretted to use this service, wasted money and time.
1. when made appointment with her, she said two cleaning lady will come, when showed up, only herself
2. I told her when she is done, gave me a call, because it was a house we plan to move in, it was empty, seller did ok cleaning work, only some detail to be cleaned. she called 1.5 hours later, when I came, apparently she didn't clean much. sink area were still brownish, bathroom surroundings had brown dirt, all doors dust not touched and dirty, microwave still has brown spot everywhere, and lot more. I told her I was not happy with this kind of clean, even basic not addressed. also she used a dirty cloth wiping everywhere. I told her what exactly I would be checking again and asked her to call me once she finish because I needed to go to pick up kids from class
3. 15mins later I got a policy call, Fatima called cop, lied that she didnt get paid for her work. I explained to cop what happened over the phone, and asked the police officer to think why I leave my house open to an cleaning lady there
4. I went back to the house, checked again, dirty places I told her still not cleaned, stainless microwave still had food spots. I just tired deal with her, also didnt have time deal with her. I paid her complete amount for what we agreed when made appointment, and told her I was very sorry to chose her service.
p.s. entire settlement police was not there, I just didnt want to deal with her anymore.

I wouldn't do it! I got a groupon and had it scheduled for weeks in advance because of my daughters 1st bday. Day off called and said going to be an hour late, then hour and a half later, I called and was still at least an hour away. NOT dependable! I wouldn't chance it!
