Mary has a bubbly, vivacious personally and an extremely positive and realistic outlook on life- just what the perfect life coach needs. She is an insightful, thoughtful and caring coach who does a great job of really listening and identifying what needs to be worked on, and then empowering you to find solutions and move forward. She is subtle in her approach, never heavy-handed, yet has a highly intelligent way of communicating, pinpointing the truth and illuminating it. Mary is genuine and really cares about her clients and their needs/wishes. She helps to see things in new ways and I really appreciate her perspective.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers a free consultation is conducted. During that consultation I assess what kind of coaching tools would best fit their need and we create a coaching game plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coaching Certification & MS degree in Management and Administrative Sciences From The University of Texas at Dallas
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for motivating and encouraging others to be there best! Coaching is the right career path for me and has allowed my passion to be what my business is founded on.
