- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing on most of our services such as Vehicle lockouts, Residential lockouts Automotive key and fob programming/reprogramming, Rekeys and Emergency Roadside Assistance. Unfortunately without pictures and vital information such as lock type, brand, condition, etc it's almost impossible to give guaranteed pricing on every service we however we try our best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to probe the customer by asking the right questions to make sure we give them exactly everything the need and want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our skilled technicians have been trained by veteran locksmiths who have more 35 years years of experience dealing with Residential,Commercial and Automotive locksmithing.
