Very friendly people, but they have some growing pains to work through for their business. Of course they were late (about an hour), but that isn't too unexpected. The movers seemed pretty tired; they took a 15 minute break about 30 minutes after starting (which was included in our charged time). They managed to move our king size memory foam mattress, but we were thankful that none of our other larger furniture or appliances were being moved that day. Finally, they charged for stairs in a strange way. We had two pick-up locations, and they charged stair fees for both (even though each item will only be brought down the stairs once). They said that they would charge $10 per flight of stairs; however, apparently the second floor counts as two flights of stairs, third floor as three, etc. They also charged mileage, but that was quite reasonable.

The guys were amazing and did the job however, they were 38 minutes late for the move and we had to stop on my time while the clock ran to gas up their truck. They charged me for 4 hours but they didn’t work for 4 and was told that it had to be rounded up which I was not aware after speaking with the book keeper about the services twice before booking. When we were at the gas station I asked if my time was running and I was told no but when it came time to be charged I was told by the owners father that it was included. I feel I should have not been charged while they was not on my time. Also be advised that there are hidden fees such as taxes and they don’t tell you that your time would be rounded up. When I contacted the company again I spoke with the book keeper again and she stated that the time should have no stopped until they received the money but they stopped the time once they finish. The book keeper contacted me back and advised that her driving told her that they got to me at 1:38pm and left at 4:20 which if they did it would only been 3 hours instead. Which I truly think she meant 5:20. All in all please ask as many of questions before booking to make sure that you know what you are getting your self into. I have had several moves with 2 guys at different companies with more stuff that didn’t take nearly as much time. All I had was boxes, 3 beds that was already dismantled and broken down. 1 dresser, and night stands, and a Chester, small dinette set. Please do your research. I wish I had done so.
