Mr. Loehr helped me surprise my wife in getting her 56-year old heirloom Estey upright tuned that belonged to her mother. Since it hadn't been tuned in 14-years Scott recommended doing a few tunings over time to get it back to concert pitch. He played a song prior to almost a 3 hour tuning and afterwards. What a difference. Our piano sounds amazing and the best I remember it sounding! He pointed out a few minor issues to me as he was going over our piano and offered to get me a quote for next time he tuned our piano. Scott was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in his line of field. I would highly recommend him with tuning your piano.Oct 13, 2018Verified
Scott was extremely pleasant and professional. He played before and after. He took great care to bring our 22 year old Kawai back into perfect tune. My wife can't stop playing now since it sounds so full and vibrant. The sound is now very sharp and like new again. Would recommend Scott to anyone. Thanks Scott! We will call on you again in the future.Oct 9, 2018Verified
Mr. Loehr is a true pro! He explains everything about the procedure/tuning and offers advice on how to maintain the quality of sound for my piano, He is charming, and has a quality of grace that is most rare to find in today's hectic environment. Not only does he tune pianos, he is a performer who performs at events. Multiple kudos for Scott Jacob Loehr!Sep 20, 2018Verified
Scott was a great choice for tuning my baby grand piano. Very friendly and relaxed personality. He gave a good description of my piano’s condition, mentioning a couple repairs that could be done, but not pressuring that they needed to be done right away. He tuned the piano nicely and for a good price. I would definitely recommend.Sep 19, 2018Verified
