- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Santa visits last less than two hours. My base price of $200 includes up to two hours and travel time. Long distances may require a larger fee to include tolls and distance traveled. Every fee is flexible depending on special circumstances
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will want to discuss the clients plan for my appearance. Will there be any special requests, what sort of chair is available and will there be gifts to pass out, do you want me to read a story or stories, lead a sing a long. I will pose for pictures of every guest as requested. I can also play games with guests if appropriate. How will my payment be received. (cash or check)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Santa Claus for many years and have attended countless seminars.
