Oscar Avila is a very professional, respectful, considerate and patient individual. He is able to grab and keep students' attention and convey information with enthusiasm. I like that He explains clearly and involves his students in the lessons. He encourages you to immediately put to use what you learn. Oscar is a great teacher! His methods work and I absolutely recommend taking his class if you are interested in learning or improving your Spanish language skills.

Oscar is awesome. The conversations are always fun/funny, and everyone is given a chance to speak. The homework assignments are very helpful and interesting. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a low-pressure environment to learn/maintain their level of Spanish.

Oscar is an excellent teacher who understands the lesson cycle. He knows the importance of teaching, reteaching, and reassuring Spanish language learners they can master a second language. Oscar teaching is focused and driven by goals and objectives. He has shown a sense of caring and sharing that leads to better understanding between people who speak different languages. Oscar is encouraging and flexible in meeting the needs of individual learners in large and small class settings. Tutoring in small group and with individuals as needed keep learners current with their class. Teaching the Spanish language correctly to English language speakers is perceived as his passion.

Oscar is kind and patient with our class. He makes each lesson fun but we work hard under his expert guidance. He expects the best from us and we give it our all each week.
