Dave was absolutely awesome. He showed up on time, and professionally dressed. He was exceptionally knowledgable about not just my home theatre setup but home theatre as a whole. I was genuinely impressed by both his knowledge and skills. I just spent a good deal of money on a new surround sound receiver (Onkyo TX - NR609 7.2) and speakers (Onkyo SKS-HT540 7.1) that I toyed with for a week trying to get to sound right. Dave was here less than an hour and the difference is astonishing. I know I am going on and on, but I couldn't be happier with Dave's service.

Dave didn't have all the equipment needed to complete job which required my wife to go get what was needed, by then Dave ran out of time, and had to come back on second day. All that said, quality of work was excellent, very professional, and worked with me to get what I wanted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional A/V equipment reviewer, which means I am constantly aware of the state of the art in this field and try out the equipment I install myself. I also attend trade shows such as CEDIA Expo(Consumer Electronics Design and Installers Association) every year to stay current and attend classes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references and ask what makes the provider an expert. Anyone who deserves your business should have plenty of references and a great deal of knowledge to back up their quote. Our guarantee to our customers is that we are the most knowledgeable team in Houston, period.
