FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
See if they are a company or just an Installer. A company will stand behind their work and are more reputable than an installer doing work for you. Also, an installer will typically buy the cheapest installation materials he can to get the job done. whereas we buy the best we can find because we guarantee our workmanship and want it to last. We see it all the time, an installer did some work and now the customer wants to reach them and he wont answer the phone now to do a repair. So thats when they call us to fix his shoddy workmanship since we didnt do the work in the first place. Also, when we measure your job, we go over each area measured with you and work with you as to where each seam will be. We dont hide that info like some stores, in most cases we figure it out right then and give you an estimate on the spot. We also use the best possible materials for the job. Most customers would never think about that but it is an important part of the quality job you deserve. We dont cut corners on quality. We believe its better to spend a little more initially than to spend a lot more later on fixing a problem. Take a look at our website at www.westsidefloors.net and see customer reviews under our testimonials section. Look at some of the pictures of jobs that we've completed in our portfolio. We would love to earn your business also. *Remember* "the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten"
